Childbirth Preparation Class

Location: Ogden Regional Medical Center @ 5475 South 500 East Ogden, UT 84405

This class will help you prepare for the labor and birth of your baby. Providing you with a helpful overview of relaxation and birthing techniques along with physical, emotional and intellectual preparation for childbirth with an emphasis on a family-centered birth experience. Anesthesia, cesarean birth and the newborn are also discussed. A tour of our Family Birth Place is included.

Cost is $25 per couple. This course is offered on the first and third Saturday of each month from 9 am to 3 pm. (no classes are held in December)

All classes are held in the Family Birth Place education center, located on the west side of our hospital in room 105.
