Childbirth Refresher Course/Siblings Class

Location: Ogden Regional Medical Center @ 5475 South 500 East Ogden, UT 84405

Recommended for experienced parents. This class is a refresher course about the labor and birth process and will review birthing techniques, medication options and updated information regarding facilities and current practices.

Cost is $10 per couple, offered the second Monday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

 

This class also helps children prepare for a new baby in the home. They will learn what to expect at their first visit to the hospital and when their new baby comes home, how to channel feelings of jealousy and frustration and how to recognize the rewards of being an older sibling. The is class is held at the same time as the Childbirth Refresher class for your convenience.

Cost is $5 per child, offered the second Monday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. For children 3 through 10 years of age.

 

No classes are held in December.

All classes are held in the Family Birth Place education center, located on the west side of our hospital in room 105.
