Patients benefit greatly from the Heart Center’s cardiac rehabilitation program at Ogden Regional Medical Center in Weber County. Our program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation – making Ogden Regional one of only a few hospitals in Utah with such outstanding certification.

Our program includes continuous telemetry monitoring during inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, a registered dietitian, smoking cessation specialists, low patient-to-staff ratio, and sessions offered from 7:30am – 5:30pm. Your family is an important part of your recovery and can be actively involved in all stages of rehabilitation.

For your convenience, educational classes are incorporated into our rehabilitation sessions. Follow-up progress reports are sent to your referring and primary care providers at least every three weeks.
